What happens next

    We read what you have sent and reply personally. If it looks as though we may be the right practice for the project, we will suggest a conversation.

  2. 02

    If the conversation goes well, the next step is a feasibility study: a contained piece of work that looks properly at the property, the planning position and the budget, and tells you what the project can realistically become.

  3. 03

    You receive a written proposal setting out scope, stages and fees before anything is committed.
